Have to be honest to say, I very enjoying the time that I was a high school student .I made a lot of new friends and the school life was interesting. But I always angry about two things, because when we finished the classes we also need to study in school in evening and have to live in school in week days. For example, we need to do homework and review lessons in school until 10:30p.m then go back to dormitory. We don’t have much free time to do anything what we want to do. We just can have a rest in weekend, but we also have so many homework need to do.
I always think it’s very unfair. Sometimes I really want to break the rule but my parents and friends always give me comfort. Why we have a home but we can’t go back? Today, I finally understand why the school needs us to do this. The school just want us have a good study environment and want to improve us. On the one hand, they want students have no reason to explain why they didn’t finish their homework, because students need to finish the homework in classroom. On the other hand, when the students have some questions they can ask teachers at once. One day I ask my friend, what they thought about this. Their opinion are same as me, they also think it’s a good way to study. At last, I accepted this life style.
I very appreciated what my school done for us, but I also want to give some advices to them. The school shouldn’t give students too much pressure; they should like western schools just give students more freedom, let students to find out what they should to do.
